Seeing a lawyer is not usually where you want to go unless you have to. But if you have to, it is nice that you feel like you are heard and understood. It's also nice when everything is explained and if you don't get it, it is explained again. I went with my mom to take care of some family business, my mom being elderly needed some extra explanations. I was very pleased with how patient attorney Broome was. He is extremely respectful and calm, which I really appreciated. He has loads of experience and his office staff is very nice and on top of things. He was actually recommended to me by another attorney. I highly respected that attorney and so respected her opinion. I also recommend attorney Broome.

Mr. Broome and his entire staff were there to help our family navigate through a difficult period when a loved one had to go into a nursing home. Their team was able to guide us through the process of attaining the legal means necessary to properly care for and plan for the future needs of our brother. What at first seemed like an unattainable goal, Mr Broome and Nancy Sutton cleared the path seamlessly for us to overcome this tremendous hurdle in our life. We would highly recommend the Broome Law firm to anyone who finds themselves in a situation where they need expert legal advise and action!

Would not recommend. Paid $3,500 to have a special needs trust drawn up. Chris Broome recommended that we take our home out of our names and place it into a trust. What he DIDN'T tell us was that there would be FOLLOW UP ACTION required on our part (in order to maintain our homestead exemption we had for 10 years!). This action included going to the county appraiser's office to fill out paperwork reflecting the deed change he made. Never knew we needed to do anything! Long story short, we LOST our homestead exemption. When I realized this and called him for assistance, he arrogantly stated that of course he told us this, "he tells all of his clients this". When I asked why the ONE action item that we needed to follow up with wasn't HIGHLIGHTED ON PAGE 1, he said if you look at page 2, it is stated at the bottom. So the one important ACTION ITEM that needed to be followed up on by us in order to MAINTAIN our homestead exemption was at the bottom of page 2 in some legal "mumbo jumbo"? Common sense isn't his strong suit.
