This is the toughest review I will ever write. I will start by saying I am not just some random schmuck off the street, I am a purple heart recipient who served his country with pride and a well respected member of my community. This review holds great weight and I do not take it likely. Three and a half years ago I was in an unfortunate accident that changed my life forever. I knew of Mr Lindiakos from my local fitness club but did not have his number so I went to the biggest law firm in the world where my case was accepted immediately. A few days later I stumbled upon mr Lindiakos in the fitness center where I told him of my suffering. He said he could do a much better job with my case than the big law firm could. He said to me (Mike bigger is not always better!) I gave it some thought and decided to hire mister Lindiakos and fire the big firm. He made incredible claims on how he would fight for me and how he respected me as a war hero! I believed him! I then saw a specialist who recommended surgery. I held off on the surgery for a long time as it was my last resort. One day mr Lindiakos asked me to have lunch and discuss my case. He told me to have the necessary surgery as soon as possible and how he will get me a huge sum of money for my suffering. After careful consideration and trying everything else i had the painful surgery. Another year passed and it was time for my mediation. Mr Lindiakos called me the day before to prepare me for the mediation. I was completely shocked at his lack of knowledge of my case which was in his hands for 3 years at that point. He knew nothing! He has only one paralegal and himself! He basically operates as a lone wolf. No support no research, nothing! He did not know what PTSD stands for! He promised me right before mediation that he would fight for me and the justice I deserve. The next day he shows up on the most important day of my life and the first words out of his mouth were ( I have to leave early for some graduation for my wife) he left half way through my mediation and was trying to high five me for the meager pathetic settlement he made without any fight whatsoever. The opposing counsel steamrolled over him like a bulldozer. He looked like a fool in front of them. The amount he settled for was 20% of what he originally promised me and he begged the other side for a few dollars more of which he kept 75% for himself and tossed a few peanuts my way and said be happy. I was warned repeatedly by people who knew him that this man does not fight for you, that he tries to get the fastest possible settlement and will not fight. He knew of my pre existing conditions before taking my case, he knew that it was a difficult road ahead but he assured me he would fight for me. In the end I received a few peanuts for my life changing injury which are barely enough to cover the lotions and pills. The surgery I had lasted less than a year and provided little relief until the nerves where they lasered through started growing back. The pain I feel now is incredible! I truly believe this man is a demonic presence on this earth, i have never ever been lied to so much in my life. This attorney does not care about peoples pain and is looking for quick so called cookie cutter settlements to make fast easy money without any regard to his clients well being. In the end he made a nice chunk of change for himself for making about 5 phone calls and a mediation that he took off half way through and threw me under the bus to suffer for life. If you read this and you are seriously injured this is not the right place, go somewhere where they will fight for you. I served my country and suffer for this but now due to this injustice from this injury and not being properly compensated due to this attorneys careless behaviour I suffer even more. If my review helps just one person from making the same mistake I did then it is something. Also my fellow veterans fair warning he knows nothing about serving the country or veterans suffering. I hope my review will help someone make a more informed decision.
