Average Law Firm. Lee Reeder understood the process of our stucco claim and resolved our claim favorably. We questioned where repair estimates were derived, as we utilized the same contractor Wilson Reeder & Zudar used to reach our settlement. Aptitude (the General Contractor/Project Manager) further subcontracted the work, never visited the site, while adding additional charges over the subcontractor ask to repair prefilled stucco cracks. When we reached out to WRZ to ask if this was common practice for a "stucco repair claim", as in lawyer fashion, Lee was not available. Lucy (the paralegal) served as a buffer. Deanna Baker was who I was initially in contact with. She was professional, compassionate and considerate. It was such a pleasure to speak with her. She's an asset and exemplifies what initial contact with a company should be, in my opinion.

My wife and I had an issue with our builder and deficient stucco. The first law firm we spoke with would not take us on as a client, but did not give any reason. We then took our issue to Wilson, Reeder, & Zudar. I am glad we did. The law and building code were on our side, yet it was still a monumental battle to get a settlement. It took just over three years, but Wilson, Reeder, & Zudar kept fighting. In fact, I know from conversations with Mr. Zudar that they had to try a few different approaches, since the builder kept pushing back. Our claim was not for a substantial amount of money--yet, Wilson, Reeder, & Zudar continued to fight until they got the resolution that was fair. Hopefully, we are never again in a situation where we need to hire attorneys for a builder-related issue, but if we are, we are certainly hiring Wilson, Reeder, & Zudar.

Matthew L. Wilson went above and beyond regarding our arduous case involving our builder (stucco issue), he was very hands-on and kept us in the loop at all times as to what was happening.
