A living nightmare , I was visiting Clearwater Florida and caught strep throat so badly I couldn't swallow and I had to go to the hospital . The only medicine I was prescribed was a z pack . I got pulled over going to get honey to soothe my throat and still had the Dr papers in the car from the same day . As soon as I got pulled over I explained I was sick and showed them the Dr papers . They assumed I was intoxicated on alcohol. They asked to give me a sobriety test I agreed . During the sobriety test which is all on body cameras I offered to blow so I can prove I wasn't drunk . They denied me to use the breathalyzer and arrested me After the sobriety test . I hired Tison law firm which was the biggest mistake of my life . Since I'm not from the area I googled tison law and at the time they only had 5 review with 5 stars which I didn't pay attention to . With in the 2 years fighting this case I lost everything under the representation of Tony Duran and tison law . I paid them 5000 and at first they were representing me with out me having to come down then the financial abuse started . They purposely started making me come down every month flights hotels rental cars 1000 each trip minimum every month . From the suffering I went through sitting in jail for 2 days with no medical attention the infection spread to my ear and I had to get hospitalized as soon as I got out to jail . They put me in I've antibiotics and I had to return again 2 days later . From all the trauma I just went through I immediately went home and on the plane my ear drum ruptured I lost my hearing for lose to a year . I was truly innocent . They over charged me with a felony dui when I didn't have 3 duis in15 years . Which made me pay the lawyer 5000 . I might as well have gave it to the prosecutors office becaue that's exactly who tison law firm worked for . They knew I had a major law suit pinellas county ended up 2 years later when I was supposed to a get trial date after pre trial be post poned 3 times and them making me fly back and forth to force me to take a plea they arrested me on false charges gave me no due process and was forcing me to go to trial right away for my new charges and then my dui that was open for 2 years after . I'm getting the transcripts to provide to show everyone how my lawyer let my constitutional rights get violated after I paid him a very big fee . I attached my forced plea of a 10 year drivers license suspension for a misdemeanor DUI . I was also put on probation which I successfully completed . Then the probation department put a violation of probation and told me to contact Mr Duran and guess what this man had the nerve to write me the email will be attached as well . I did nothing to violate my probation I had a conversation with my probation officer he said if you finish you program by the end of this month send the proof and everything will be fine . I did just that and I have a warrant and Mr Duran writes me this back . On my sons life I was truly innocent and had the strongest case you can imagine . Tison law group would not let me get justice because they are corrupt and work with the judge and prosecutors. It was proven to me and it cost me so much damage in my life and trauma no one got held accountable if you want a lawyer to do this to you this is the law firm to hire !!! I pray for anyone who is truly innocent and thinks this law firm is here to help becaue believe me there not . I posted the proof men lie women lie documents don't !!!
