Jacklyn Steinberg was the attorney for my daughter. She was amazing, her communications skills are something to be envied off She always made sure we understood everything and never made us wait. WOW!! Where to begin its been a long process but we won!! If you want the short and sweet - HIRE THEM!! They are an amazing group that works truly hard for you and they stay on top of everything and update you frequently through the process. They are who you want representing you. The proof and truth is in his name...Mr. Miracle. Vicki is absolutely incredible at what she does and I am so grateful to have had her and Mr. Miracle work my case win or lose. Now for the long answer if your here for it read on. I lost my disability during covid. Understandably the SSA office was backed up and dealing with a lot of cases. As soon as my payments stopped March 2021 I jumped on the appeals. I was getting no where doing it on my own. I had SSA agents hanging up on me, calling me a thief and fraud, telling me there was nothing that could be done and essentially pushing me to give up altogether. I called many, many lawyers before speaking with Garry Miracle and his team and they all told me no they couldn't assist me and that basically I needed to resubmit an application and start all the way back over. Steinberg, Steinberg and Associates was my last call and last hope. I gave them all the information and waited on the phone assuming I was going to hear yet another no but to my surprise they said Yes! After hearing yes they told me my lawyers names would be Garry MIRACLE. I immediately thought with a name like that this has got to be a sign from God. My case was an EXR Appeal (Expediated Reinstatement) for disability which made it complicated and my file was all paper. So not only was this not a usual case this was a more involved case due to them having to literally go through each form. Basically what I'm trying to get at is they didn't just take an easy win. I even had a SSA OAR rep tell me on the phone "wow your case is all over the place". They stayed on top of everything. every appeal, every doctors appointment, every new diagnoses ..everything. They sent in so much information even down to the last day. I had to have a hearing and a supplemental hearing. Prior to both Garry met with me 2 times to go over the case and get prepared. Even while he was going through personal issues he handled my case from home. I can't say enough good things about them. I am so thankful for the care and time they put into my case and I know they would do the same for others. Don't give up or give in call Steinberg Steinberg and Associates today.
