Back in 2020, I went through the hardest time of my life. In January , I received a D-Tap (tetanus) shot from my primary care physician. Unfortunately, what should have been a very routine procedure turned into a living nightmare. After 100's of consultations with physicians, visits to the ER and urgent care, body scans, and specialists, I was diagnosed with brachial neuritis resulting from the improper administration and wrong positioning of the injection site. I was unable to fulfill my duties at work, at home, and many extra-curricular activities I loved for the first time in my 42 years. In my desperate attempt to find answers and guidance, I made the best decision, to reach out to Moody Law. From our first conversation, I felt I had finally found my savior. Not only did they provide sympathy and assurance, but were the first of many to even consider helping me through a very long and complicated process. They pushed through many barriers for me with professionalism and determination, never giving the impression it was too much to ask. Due to legal restrictions put in place by the federal government and the pharmaceutical industry, they weren't able to complete the process, but led me to the firm that would file the case with the VICP on my behalf. Although they were no longer representing my legally, they stayed in touch offering support and comfort throughout the whole process. I am so blessed and thankful for everything they did for me. I will never be able to thank them enough for making an unbearable situation a whole lot easier to withstand.
