I called Catania and Catania after I was involved in a serious rear end collision.
From the beginning Kelvis Askew was all over this, collecting information and setting up everything so that Lisa Keeler, Mr. Catanias assistant, could be successful.
Kelvis, Lisa and myself spoke frequently about what they needed and how to get this case moving smoothly.
After everything was collected and in motion, my case was handed off to Lucy Bermudez, she is the one that negotiates the cost of services down with the medical places that provided services to me. Lucy was great at her job, as were the others, and she kept me informed throughout the process.
I never felt as though I was in this alone. The entire staff at Catania and Catania were always there for me.

I recently had the chance to speak with Marie at Catania and Catania, and she made what could have been a stressful call surprisingly easy. From the start she was welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely interested in understanding my situation. Even though the firm couldn't take my case, she didn't rush me off the phone - she asked thoughtful questions, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure I felt heard the whole time.
What really stood out was her energetic, can-do attitude. She was positive and thorough, and it felt like she truly cared about pointing me in the right direction, not just wrapping up the conversation. That kind of customer-friendly approach is rare these days.
Because of that interaction, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Catania and Catania to friends or family that need legal help. If the rest of the team is anything like Marie, you'll be in great hands.

The Catania and Catania Law firm is by far the most excellent personal injury law firm, with experienced and top quality lawyers , as well as top quality paralegals and efficient scheduling personnel. Scheduling is not easy to do and Izabela
Aria was terrific in having every thing go smoothly! !Even their front desk ,that takes a myriad of phone calls a day ,is so professional and helpful. In particular, Morgan Pecman, lead paralegal was amazing .She always would call me right back and always had the correct information. She should be a lawyer, as she is so bright and knowledgeable about the laws in Florida,. I am a licensed lawyer in California and Texas. I am not a litigator and I am not licensed in Florida. That is why I spent time researching to find the correct firm in Tampa. I live in Charlottesville, Virginia now! My husband and I were in Tampa , because the next day after we arrived, we were getting on a cruise from Tampa to Spain and Portugal! The desk at the Marriott Water street Hotel said they were known for their seafood dinners on the bay, but across the street, their other Marriott Business conference Hotel had a great steak restaurant. We wanted the steak restaurant. So we go outside our hotel and got into a short line for the crosswalk. Two young ladies pushed the buzzing button to start the flashing light. The two girls proceeded to walk forward , then my husband behind them and I followed. Then, I saw a speeding car, not paying attention to the on-going construction ! I was scared that it would not stop! Then I started to walk faster ,but the car never slowed down, and in picking up my walking speed and being so scared the car would hit me and kill me,. I fell on my back walking , and my dominant right hand was run over by the car due to a distracted driver , who was bent over at the wheel--probably looking at his IPHONE.
Their car with those people left me lying there in blood in the crosswalk/street. I screamed for my husband and he came running and soon thereafter, the paramedics came . While I was in the ambulance , the paramedics gave me an IV, and a women appeared. She was inspecting me. I thought It was the passenger in the front seat of the car. So I said to her," why did the driver run over my hand"....and she responded "he simply did not see you!"
So when we went to "mediation", I repeated my horrible experience.! Also, when the hand surgeon had to sew me up, as most of my skin was torn off by they tire running over it. I unfortunately, was not provided an anthologist. So I still wanted it sewed up immediately, due to serious "fear of infection". The hand surgeon was proud of me for going forward, due to the fact that, the serious problem of "fear of infection", could have caused me to die!
The hand doctor sewed me up without any numbing drug!!! It was an awful experience and I have permanent damage to my right hand. However, my lawyers, Marc Parish, the trial lawyer and Joe Catania, the overseeing lawyer, did a great job in convincing the Insurance companies of the personal injury I suffered. Marc Parish, the trial lawyer, was very convincing and compassionate. I felt the Mediator recognized we had a very serious case against the Defendants /Insurance companies. Due to the splendid work of Marc Parish and Joe Catania, I received a splendid a settlement.
When I practiced law, I was with the largest law firm in the world (at the time of my partnership)..and I was the the managing partner of the Southern California Offices! I represented the Mayor of the City of Los Angeles and was the President of the Mayor's Business Council. So I know how hard this law firm worked for me-as it is tough to represent
another lawyer , who might try to second guess you. The work done was fantastic and ever so professional. I highly recommend Catania and Catania for any personal injury cases in Florida.....they were terrific
Cynthia Ryan-a devoted client....they get as a team 10 stars!

Rob was absolutely incredible to work with. He guided me through my injury case with professionalism, honesty, and compassion. From day one, he made sure I understood every step of the process and always took the time to answer my questions. He truly cared about my well-being -- not just the case -- and worked hard to make sure I received a fair outcome. I can't recommend Rob enough to anyone needing a dedicated and trustworthy personal injury attorney.
