Disappointed: Late to Hearing, Poor Prep, No Follow-Through While I did get my refund from Sword & Shield, I'll give them credit for that. But beyond returning my money, my overall experience with them was disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, professionalism was lacking, and the service did not live up to the promises made. In my opinion, these are not the people you want representing you in an important matter. I wouldn't recommend them to friends, family, or anyone who values transparency, accountability, and follow-through. Consider this a cautionary note before you decide to work with this firm.
