I have known Ron as a Personal Injury Lawyer for over 20 years now. I've sent numerous clients to him and they've all given him high marks. The thing that differentiates him from others is the personal attention he gives every client, regardless of whether it's a big case or a small case.
With respect he has represented myself and my wife always truthful respectful and honest. I would and have recommended him many times. If you don't like honesty then you won't like him period. I think that's where people go wrong.
Do not use this guy. He takes cases. Then instead of doing his due diligence. He gets another lawyer 3 days before the trial to help him . To lose liability on a rear end collision. Shows how indept he is. This guy never meet me before depositions. He never even knew their defense until sat and trial started that Monday. He was thrashed by a real lawyer.Then he took his money and ran. I asked questions like why no crash reconstruction??? He had no exibits. Ron said we can use the defenses! What a joke. Then he quits !!!He already hired atterney. Well Ron get ready . I listened to u throughout this 5 year case. You lost this because you never planned did not know Florida statue and let them use the fact I'm disabled against me. Thanks. O ya then your office staff mistakenly filled out PIP forms. That also hurt my case . Get a lawyer who works for u. Not just to see if he can make money. But one who cares about his clients. To expect the client to take pictures for his defense.....is undefenable.
Ron overbilled me and took my case knowing it was a waste of time. THIS MAN IS A THIEF AND A MASTER OF DECEPTION to his clients that he is suppose to protect from their unfortunate business deals. RON IS ACTUALLY the crook. AND knowing him.15 years I expected integrity. RUN RUN or pay him and expect nothing. 3 years I paid him $8400 and never saw a lawsuit dime. It got dimissed in the end. THIS is one lawyer deserving a disbar!!!!
Terrible lawyer, never returns calls , has absolutely no clue what is going on with your case! Do your research befor you choose a lawyer your better off choosing a large firm! I wish I had! You didn't even get my Name right!! Geeze
