I own a custom home on Davis Islands and I hired Kathryn based on recommendations from a friend. During the course of ownership, my family and I saw water coming into my bedroom, my daughter's bedroom and basically every entry point of the house where there is a roof (four places in my home). As a fighter pilot, I was willing and able to handle the issues with the GCC. I quickly realized that he was not going to be helpful with resolving the major defects.
