I highly recommend Richard McKyton. I have had Mr. McKyton for a few cases now and came away pleased with the outcome in all of them. Recently, I had two probation violations. In the first case, Mr. McKyton went in front of the judge and got my probation reinstated despite the prosecutor requesting that I do time. The second one, he not only got it dismissed, but the judge terminated the probation altogether. The courts respect him. The judges respect him. And I respect him, not only because the outcomes worked in my favor, but because he is honest and tells it like it is. He fights for you. I saw that firsthand. And unlike a lot of lawyers, he responds to calls and texts in a timely manner and communicates extremely well. My entire family thinks very highly of him.
