I will start off by saying Jay Kovar is one truly caring human being and we need more people like him in this world! I was referred to Jay and I have not once seen an attorney go the distance like he did for my dad and I. He was also protective of me because we we're dealing with massive hurricane damages here and so many con artists came here trying to take advantage of anyone they could. Let me tell you JAY ASSURED THAT DID NOT HAPPEN TO ME! After the insurance claim battle, which Jay did win the settlement claim amd had the best EXPERTS on our side! I had another hurdle I wasn't prepared for and that was dealing with Regions Bank. I mentioned it to Jay and I had no clue what I was doing and he immediately WITHOUT HESITATION SAID I WILL HELP YOU ON THAT PART. He didn't charge me and the battle we went through with the bank to get a roof on the home and repairs done was the worst part of everything. The endless paperwork and phone calls, meanwhile the roofs leaking and Regions they didn't care. They have their 3rd party handle insurance, gladly take your insurance repair money and hold on to it like it is their money. It was over a year for the roof to finally be done, which to Jay and I was completely unacceptable of Regions Bank to keep us from repairing this property. Jay never once threw in the towel on me no matter how hard this claim was. JAY ISNT OUT HERE FOR ALL THE MONEY, JAY IS OUT HERE MAKING THINGS RIGHT FOR HIS CLIENTS! I HOLD THIS MAN TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF RESPECT AND MY GRATITUDE FOR JAY, THERE AREN'T ENOUGH WORDS.....Maybe there truly are Angels among us because I think I may of just finally met one! Jay also has an amazing team of attorneys who all specialize in different areas of LAW and if he doesn't know he will ask someone on his team. Jay, I won't ever be able to truly show my gratitude for everything and for really looking out for me! It meant everything and at a very vulnerable time!

Our family was introduced to attorney Jay Kovar in June 2014 by my friend Luke Lirot, Esq., one of the top attorneys in First Amendment rights. Mr. Kovar specializes in personal injury liability, which was essential for us after we were hit on the driver's side of our Prius in May 2014. The car crash caused extensive damage to our vehicle and resulted in injuries to my partner, who was driving, as well as to myself. Tragically, my service dog also suffered permanent injuries and could no longer function as an active service dog. The case was challenging, particularly because the insurance company was unwilling to compensate us for the damage to my service dog and was not acting in good faith regarding our injuries. They had been hit by a car and suffered injuries, but the insurance company wanted to ignore their claims simply because they were homeless. Mr. Kovar took on this case with the same diligence as any other case and successfully won a settlement in their favor. Mr. Kovar is an extremely unprofessional immature and incompetent attorney. I am the owner of American Tow Force and we had to impound Mr. Kovar's vehicle from blocking an entrance Downtown St. Petersburg which was clearly marked a 24 hour tow away zone. Mr. Kovar has continued to harass myself and bash me and my business on social media where he has posted pictures of myself and children trying to attack my character and family due to his poor decision to park where he was not supposed to. Very unprofessional! I would not recommend, he posted pictures of my business partners children on Facebook because he was legally towed blocking a garage door down town st.pete. He texted our business phone with very disrespectful and bully messages trying to Intimidate us. This guy is a loose cannon please think twice before hiring him as an attorney.

I've been in 2 complicated auto accidents, once while a passenger in an Uber, and once on the same day that I got my car and was hit by a truck to no fault of my own. The Uber accident left me requiring hip surgery that I was only able to get because of how hard they fought for me against the multiple insurance companies involved.
