They handled my case very well. The only thing I didn't like is after the case was finished and then requesting a review numerous times and me explaining my busy work life. I utilize my phone for work. I work for Verizon so we need to do things on my phone getting these text messages from other numbers and seeing that I'd need to do a review as a normal thing on my device but it leading me to here is not what I need to do. I need to focus on my work. This is why I'm giving it a four stars because I'm not very happy that I explained to her my work life schedule and yet they continued to send the message. Dana and Jillian, were great. They always responded and even if they went on vacation, they made sure to get back right after and update me on my case. They were good with informing me and not pressuring me into settling overall was a good experience.
