He is honest, knowledgeable, and protective of his clients. Before meeting with Attorney Bailey, my mother had her legal documentation managed by another attorney who took advantage of her as a recent widow. This attorney convinced her to designate him, allowing him to earn a percentage of her assets. When my mother met with Attorney Bailey, her first request was to remove this attorney.
