The Law Office of Michael J. Belle

This guy was never prepared. We had a homeowner purchasing a house from us that out waited him out, stepped him in every turn. The issue still not resolved since then someone has been shot and murdered in the house in Sarasota, Florida. We fired him. He would respond to the very last minute or not respond at all This person saying he says that he set the standard for communication is an absolute joke. He must be a friend he is that's not true what we found as we constantly called him. He's always too busy. It's not that we had a bad relationship with him. We use the firm in the past as uncle passed away this guy did not help us at all now we have even a bigger problem. It's been going on for closer to two years getting a person out of a property that has not paid us in over two years. This attorney did not help us one bit.

Being a Realtor these days and go to a closing is hard. Michael Belle's office has covid-19 protections in place so I was able to attend. Michael Belle was professional, funny, and his team was the best! Thank you and your team for a wonderful experience!
