I called this law firm today, and the receptionist was extremely rude. When she answered the phone, she didn't give the greeting of the day, and was very short when asking questions. She definitely needed some phone etiquette! When someone is calling a law firm they are in need of help, and being polite and courteous on the phone goes a long way!!
