I retained Kenneth M. Poole, Jr. as my attorney in June 2011. Ken was steadfast in his representation of me in long-drawn-out, post-divorce litigation that concluded in June 2019. I hired Elisabeth G Whitmire to represent me in my filing for dissolution of marriage. The representation failed to meet basic expectations of the agreement. While the dissolution has been finalized through the courts, some of the terms remain unresolved. Throughout the process, I was advised that my legal options would remain intact despite my reservations around indemnifications that were written into the MSA. Ms. Whitmire's failure to protect my rights and property created additional litigation and fees while limiting my ability to pursue proper remedies. When hiring an attorney, you want someone who relies less on "hope" as a strategy and more on an understanding of the legal system to protect your rights. Communication with and from your attorney is critical through any legal proceeding. An attorney who is invested in protecting your rights and property should not require you to chase, push, or pull them through the process.

Worst lawyer EVER. Attorney Whitmire was the absolute WORST attorney ever! I went into court to get an injunction against someone and they ended up getting one against me!!! And they didn't even have an attorney. And I did. I had Whitmire, Elizabeth. She was awful. And now this firm is charging me thousands of dollars for what, I wasn't represented properly. Am incompetent attorney that got an injunction against me! When I needed to get a protection injunction against someone. Worst law firm ever. Ever. Do not use this firm. I would give them Zero stars if I could!!!
