I think there is very little that I can say that would be much different than the previous clients of modern and Perez attorneys at law. Having already a driven and professional attorney in my extremely complex and very lengthy case; we teamed up with Damian Mallard of Mallard and Perez. Still in shambles and shock from the previous years accident, I grew more impatient and more fearful, & doubtful. Well, ALL of that was completely Unwarranted; for just like a Kansas City Chiefs game only at Damian Mallard instead of Mahomes throwing the ball. Damian marked his target and hit every single one of them. His precise professionalism and his vast knowledge of the law gave us an edge that we needed. I had such a clouded and questionable past. I was a knucklehead a rough-houser and a bruiser with eons of past medical records that Damien and his extremely proficient and kind staff sifted through. I wasn't always the best person and was a complete basket case since the accident. Damien however saw through all that to who I really was. Damien also used his politically correct social excellence when dealing with me on certain things that had nothing to do with the case. He helped me find me. As I regain my confidence and resilience to the often cruel world we live in, I'd say Damien is more than an accomplish attorney. Damian mallard possesses characteristics of a true friend. I am 150% satisfied with Damian Mallard and all the employees at Mallard and Perez. I give thanks to my first attorney, I can tell you the two of them were a "one - two punch" to the opposing counsel. They didn't stand a chance even with this complex as my life had been.
