(No star) I reached out to this law firm hoping to schedule a free consultation to discuss legal services, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. The man that answered the phone (Daniel) was extremely rude, impatient and dismissive from the moment the call begin. He spoke to me in a condescending tone. I felt like I was being judged as if I wasn't worth their time or couldn't afford their services - without even knowing anything about me or my situation. I understand that attorneys are busy, but basic courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum, especially when someone is reaching out for help. If the front line communication is this disrespectful I can only imagine how the rest of the experience might go. Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere for legal representation.

Daniel handled a very difficult and complex case for me. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. While I hope I never need further legal representation in the future, he would certainly be my first call if I did!

In a society striving for equality and justice, it is disheartening to encounter instances where professionals fail to uphold the principles of fairness and respect. Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of witnessing blatant unprofessionalism from Roxanne (a secretary for Daniel) towards African American clients, an incident that not only reflects poorly on the individual but also highlights broader systemic issues within the legal profession. During my observation, it became evident that the Daniel's office exhibited discriminatory behavior towards African American clients, demonstrating a lack of empathy, understanding, and basic decency. Their demeanor and language were infused with prejudice, as they made insensitive remarks and displayed dismissive attitudes towards the concerns and rights of their African American clients. Moreover, the Daniel's office actions reflected a clear disregard for professional standards and ethics. Instead of upholding their duty to provide competent and diligent representation, they allowed personal biases to cloud their judgment, resulting in a gross miscarriage of justice for the individuals involved. Do NOT use this attorney!

I have known Daniel over ten years. He is well known locally as a professional attorney who will relentlessly fight for his clients' rights. I have received advice from him on several issues and he performed so well that my friends sought him out. He is brilliant with real estate matters. I've heard from acquaintances that it's a race between the spouses to see who signs him first! Great experience.
