If I could give Jerry more than 5-stars for his Estate Planning services I would! He is so well-informed and was so helpful in putting together my complex 4th Trust Restatement in May 2025 (meeting my dead-line), whereas another local Trust Attorney wouldn't touch it! He was so REASONABLY PRICED as well, compared to others I vetted. His price included not only the Trust restatement, but also other essential Estate Planning docs (e.g., Last Will & Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate, Living Will). He was responsive, patient, cheery and provided so much extra helpful info to guide me (and my future Trustees!) in the post-Trust signing process - all bundled into an awesome, pre-labeled /tabbed 3-ring binder and bag (see pics). Jerry prepared estate documents for my wife and I that included an updated will and a trust. He is friendly, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and thorough. After a contemporary passed away at 63 I met with Jerry to form a trust. I am a local to S.H. and have run past his office for years. I prefer to deal with professionals who are local and accessible.
