I had a terrible experience with Mr. Fitzpatrick and would not recommend him or Owens Law Group to anyone. My real estate deal fell through and he is still holding my deposit from over 12 months ago (even though I have a signed contract that it was contingent on the sale of my house and is supposed to go back to the buyer). He was supposed to email me information months ago and never did. I have left over 10 voicemails/emails and he is completely unresponsive.
