Cissy Sevelin and the whole Bay Area Legal Services team are a phenomenal group of people. They took our case even though my chips were down, and vigorously litigated for us as if we were millionaires. We were treated with the utmost understanding and kindness, and Cissy and the team are super knowledgeable and know how to produce results. Want to know how I can say this so confidently? Thats simple. Every point Cissy made was concurred with by the judge! The opposing counsel was given no concessions, and Cissy made sure we were protected and our wishes respected. Money cannot buy the type of counsel BALS provided our family. It takes the passion to do whats right and the know-how to get it done. Cissy Sevelin and the team are consummate professionals in this regard. I would highly recommend BALS to anyone needing effective counsel!

Online website has kinks to it submitted application for my inlaws and 2 days later called and they said no application was on file called all day the helpline number that was on the website after a lady said they couldn't find the application. Was #8 in line got to number 1 in line only for the call to get hung up on me. Had this happen at least 3+ times. Office is closed for walk-ins due to COVID-19.
