After using two other attorneys my husband looked for a competant attorney to fight his ex wife who kept suing my husband for unfounded lawsuits over and over. Mr Rhoden was the worst. He sided with the opposing attorney half way through the battle. We almost reported him to the Barr Association for misconduct. Once we got away from him he apologized for his behavior. Go to any other attorney. I certainly can not recommend Mr Rhoden. Our experience was back in 2004. Perhaps he has become a better attorney by now but I would still stay away. There are other excellent attorneys in Brevard County. I got a response from Bonnie (whoever that is). Well, Bonnie if you read my review again you will see that the client was my husband. Yes, 2004 was the issue but after thinking about the situation over the years. I needed to let people know how we still felt. My husband and I both spoke with Mr Rhoden and it was a disaster. An out of state attorney suggested we report Mr Rhoden to the bar. Seems I wrote the review in 2019 but it took until 2024 to respond. Please don't reference me again.

As part of my divorce I was ordered to pay alimony. I felt the alimony awarded was too high. I contacted Mr. Rhoden and asked if he would help me. Mr. Rhoden listened to my concerns and explained to me in detail what I could expect. Thanks to Mr. Rhoden my alimony was reduced and then terminated. During the entire process Mr. Rhoden communicated with me so I knew what was going on at all times. Over the years I have consulted with Ken and Bonnie about legal issues and they have given me excellent advise. I highly recommend using Rhoden Law Group.
