I called in to book a consultation and was met with the most snide and condescending voice I've ever encountered. Whomever is answering your phones is a complete and utter disgrace of a person. How dare she provide two word answers in a condescending tone, when new clients call. I'm not sure what kind of wretched overgrowth you hire at this firm, but your decision to hire her makes you look like absolute gator wranglers. Not a good look. Someone teach her phone manners a d to be appreciative and kind to prospective clients before you lose all future business. What a joke. If this is the first impression you make on future clients, I CANNOT imagine the absolute catastrophe you must be in court. Shame. Do better.
