This attorney swindled my grandparents out of 8 thousand dollars. He never followed through and let the time lapse. When my grandma was in the hospital dying,he wanted my grandfather to sign paperwork,to refile the case. He already knew my grandmother was in the hospital dying. This process was started September of 2024. His incompetence and lack of communication and follow through, ensured this case would not be resolved. He charged them 8 thousand dollars and stated he would refund $2000, if my grandfather would sign a document saying he did everything correctly. He declined because he won't sign his name to a lie. If you care about the elderly don't use this attorney.
