Sifrit Sports Rehabilitation - Punta Gorda Physical Therapy

I have worked with several physical therapists over the years, but Dan has been the best. He knows exactly which exercises you need to heal well, is always pleasant and prompt. Melissa is so efficient at the front office and easy to love. Your healing time there is so nice that I hated to be finished with my appointments.

Finished my 6 weeks physical therapy ( maybe 7 weeks !! ) I am very pleased with the Sifrit Sports Rehab Center in Punta Gorda. Dan is very knowledgeable, patient and provides a great explanation of how/why specific exercises are helping targeted muscles. Also, good to know that he has a Masters Degree in this field. His wife, Melissa, is very friendly, welcoming and all around helpful. I was referred for neck pain from a strained activity 3 months earlier. After several tests, the Neck Surgeon Specialist Dr, referred me for 6 wks physical therapy. Now I understand the benefit. I am on a two days a week program for neck & back muscle therapy. Each week targets my issues, as I am increasing strength, each week gets better & better. I highly recommend seeing Dan Sifrit.

Melissa and Dan are amazing! I can't say enough about how kind and professional they are. They make you feel like family and help you on a path to better yourself. Dan is amazing at dry needling, which is why I see them. Very well trained and knows what he's doing. Mellisa is fantastic and super personable, always greeting me with a smile! If I could, I would give more stars! 100% recommend!

Dan has a gift for healing. His hands-on pressure release, IT band stretching, exercises and dry needling has almost eliminated the pain I've felt in my hip for a year from overuse due to the hurricanes. I expect to be pain free in a few more weeks!!! He's amazing. A doctor's referral is all you need to see Dan and feel better!!

Needed some rehab for my knee. Melissa welcomes you and Dan takes care of you. Great experience! Did lots of exercises to bring my knee back to full range. If you need rehab I can't think of a better place! Thanks!!!
