I can't say enough good things about working with Ms. Payne for my will and estate planning. This was something I'd been avoiding for way too long because it just felt confusing and honestly a little intimidating. But from the very first meeting, she made me feel totally at ease. Ms. Payne is super easy to talk to, really patient, and explains everything in a way that actually makes sense. She never rushed me or made me feel silly for asking a bunch of questions (and trust me, I had a lot). She really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped me create a plan that fits my life and gives me peace of mind. The whole process was so much smoother than I expected, and I left feeling relieved knowing everything is finally taken care of. If you've been putting off your will or just don't know where to start, I'd absolutely recommend reaching out to Ms. Payne. She's the best!

"I don't do fly by night wills" says Ms Payne. "$1800 is the deposit, nobody ever goes over the $1800. You'll even probably get a little back." Says Ms Payne. We met several times, went over ridiculous child like presentations and were explained several non important portions of the process. Ms Payne volunteered to email a Doctor about potentially leaving assets to the business. Ms Payne did not inform us we were near the $1800 deposit, rather we were called in both my wife and I who also rated a 1 star review but apparently Ms Payne has been able to remove the review by saying she wasn't a client. We were presented a time to sign our final will drafts. We were cycled through two different people, witness reviewers. Prior to the signing we met with Ms Payne in her office where she told us we had "gone way over the $1800 deposit" never notifying us of this is fraudulent. Your business appears to be inflating your invoices beyond actual cost to write off, possibly to reduce your business tax responsibilities and liabilities? I also find it extremely infuriating you post a reply to the original 1 star review, then work harder than you've ever worked to remove it by email both myself and my wife with details showing "I only charged you $1800" what's the problem? Sounds fishy. We are not happy with you, we are clients of yours, we do not like your use of religion in office, we have told executors and many banks who have used your service in the past. They are happy to move their business as we have. I have attached your response email after your notification of a 1 star review. I was able to update my review with my wife's original 1 star rating. You can see Ms Payne's response through email and responding to a google review! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
