Fitness Quest Physical Therapy in Punta Gorda, Florida opened it's doors in May of 2004. Three months later we found ourselves in the middle of ground zero after Hurricane Charley wreaked havoc on the town of Punta Gorda and the surrounding areas. We were fortunate to withstand the destruction and were able to start treating patients again shortly after. Our office is located on the corner of Mary Street and Olympia Avenue just east of the Downtown Punta Gorda area.

The absolute best physical therapy office in Florida! From Kelly the front desk concierge taking care of all of my appointments and changing times easily as needed. To Justin, the absolute man!! He worked with me throughout my entire 6 week process, from a cane not being able to bend my knee to running around back at my job. Absolutely the place to go if you have any pain and need help getting back in action. Cannot thank them enough!
The therapist at the facility are great. My therapy program is working (according to my Dr's) and I feel that I'm getting back to normal. But they remind me to be patient, and that's what I need.
I was very pleased with my experience. My therapist was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Created a plan based upon my particular needs. Relaxed atmosphere for patients. - staff worked together well. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.
Anthony is great...calm, addresses what he wants you to do, and very patience. I prefer to have one PT person as they know where I'm at and what I have or haven't accomplished.
