Athletic Solutions; movement is medicine. Dr Jason Burns DPT is the best I have worked with. I'm extremely impressed. I just had a very serious surgery. my pain and movement are improving very well.

Jason was absolutely amazing treating my 15 year old after surgery for a torn ACL and meniscus. My son is a soccer player who was devastated by his injury. Jason was always pleasant, upbeat and thorough; always explaining why each exercise was important. He was flexible with scheduling and very understanding with a worried mom's concerns for the recovery. The facility is clean and well laid out. I couldn't be happier with our experience at Athletic Solutions. Jason got my son, not only to a great place of post surgery recovery, but he is ready to hit the ground running (no pun intended) with his return to competitive and high school soccer. I would (and have) recommended Athletic Solutions to friends and family.

I visited Jason for a very sore hip and lower back. I had let it go for 4 months and was to the point it hurt to turn over in bed. After approximately 7 visits I had pain relieved. He used multiple techniques, including ultrasound, dry needling, tens unit, massage and a decompression table for my spine. I also learned stretching and exercises to strengthen and support my spine that I am guessing I will need the rest of my life. I can't say enough good about my time spent at Athletic Solutions. I highly recommend.

After shoulder surgery in NC I had 2 weeks of therapy in NC and as a committed snow bird headed to Florida. I was able to schedule an appointment with Jason and got him a referral from my surgeon. Jason studied the recommended schedule and developed a plan that started passive range of motion and continued through the next 10 weeks. We started with light range of motion exercises after the sling came off and worked into light weights to start regaining strength and continued improvement in range. Jason provided and guided me in exercises to work on at home that would not damage the work done to my shoulder and continue improvement in conservative stages. I feel lucky to have found Jason and am impressed with my recovery of strength and motion in less than 3 months after surgery. I not only found a professional that I can turn to when needed but also found a friend. I highly recommend Dr. Jason Burns.

My doctor referred me to Athletic Solutions for Achilles Tendinitis treatment, specifically dry needling. What a tremendous physical therapy experience! Jason took a comprehensive approach, incorporating stretching, strengthening, and massage as well as the dry needling. My pain level was reduced dramatically after just one session! Jason, besides being excellent at his craft, is a compassionate person and a pleasure to deal with.
