It takes a while to get to the right person and the right attorney. The intake system is very lengthy but they are also very thorough. It's also a very technically advanced process. The electronic filing is a time saver. The onboard is also a long process but the portal makes it easier to follow the case and communicate.

Have been a customer since May, it's August. Have not heard a word about my case. You call and get call center people EVERY time . Found out my attorney isn't even local. You don't even get to speak with your attorney . I have been unable to reach my case worker, who has not been very helpful in the 2 instances I did speak with her in May . You can't even call in and speak with a supervisor ! Also this location is a "satellite " office. A building with a name on it! Doors are locked , so you can't even stop in locally and ask for help. So frustrating!

My opinion they don't listen to the client matter or concern dealing with the insurance company their goal is taking on the injured case that's all. That's is not fair.
