I cannot and will not recommend anyone too go to this law firm , Nice guy while taking thousands of my hard earned money and relying on someone else answers that knows nothing about my case . I paid Hugh to get my case in court, I didn't care if it was dismissed or not . I know what happened and had witnesses that he never talked to, simply told me I cant win in court. Nothing more than a coman thief for taking my Ten thousand dollars and refusing too help me in this matter . I wouldn't feel this way but when a person hires an attorney to get a case in court and there was never a court date set I can't see how that's worth 10,000 dollars. As far as I know a lawyer is not the Judge and jury all in one. I will get a lawyer that will stand up for what is right and help me

Almost 3 and 1/2 years ago Shannon and Eighmie Law Firm represented me in a criminal case. Veteran with documented PTSD disability hired this lawfirm. Shannon and Hugh decide to withdraw from case after taking thousands. In my mind this is unethical. I suggest finding another firm that understands disabilities and will treat you with respect. This firm did not/will not. The damage they have caused is not measurable at this time but I will post updates as we muddle through this situation. I am looking into reporting an ethics violation to the FL Bar for potentially violating "Model Rules of Professional Conduct". This is my personal opinion and posted as such

Accompanied a relative for some legal advice. Attorney was personable and kind given the delicate matter. She received free sound counsel. The front office was also very welcoming.
