After my grandfather went through her to create a last will and testament she advised his personal representative that she didn't need to probate his last will and testament and a Levy was put on my trust and my grandfather's estate can't afford to pay due to the fact that the personal representative neglected the estate due to the fact that Beverly Barnett told her that she didn't have to probate the last will and testament

Not sure how this lady stays in business. Extremely rude and dismissive.

Simple case, file probate. Waited, waited, waited. We called her office once or twice a week for TWO MONTHS and each time was told she'd get back to us immediately. Two months later and she finally called saying she never got our messages. Um...ok. But that still didn't explain why she never called us with a status. Or why she never filed in the first place. She had every excuse in the book and not a single one was plausible. Fired her on the spot.

Waited 20 minutes with no other clients in the office listening to this attorney trying to get drugs from different Drs. When she finally did see me it appeared she was under the influence of something. Maybe she should have taken a sick day. Most unprofessional experience with an attorney I have ever had. Bright side: The gentleman greeting me at the front office was most pleasant!
