Debra Simms had set up a trust for me a few years ago. I went back to her to make some changes to the trust and to my will. She asked me what I wanted to accomplish and then proceeded to advise me as to the best way to go about making these changes. Everyone I dealt with in her office has been very professional and I would highly recommend Attorney Simms.

She helped me with any questions or concerns I had with regards to a revocable trust and was very patient when I needed some time to do some research prior to making my final decision. The receptionist and attorney are very unprofessional. After waiting weeks for the appointment we were called and asked to cancel and reschedule in another 2 weeks. When we finally arrived we waited more than 30 minutes and when we inquired how much longer, we were made to feel like we were rude for asking. Then, the attorney was rude and very disrespectful to my father. She spoke down to him and belittled him for asking questions and the need for clarification. This is not the treatment my father deserves. We got up and walked out!
