I was never more pleased than I was with Rue and Ziffra. I was retired and had a bad fall in a store. They were at fault. I had heard a lot about this attorney team so I called them. From day one, they made me feel absolutely at ease. What I really liked was that they give you a representative from their firm to talk to. It's one contact person and they are there for you the whole time. My representative was Jennifer. She was soooo very kind and handled anything I needed. Questions answered immediately. I just settled my case and I can't say enough about this group of attorneys. If you want to make sure you are taken care of, call them. You'll be glad you did!!!

Charlie and the staff made the process so easy for me, they took the care and understanding of my case like they were helping family.
