I wish I could give Mr. Mallonee no stars or negative stars! His negligence cost my mother's estate well over $200,000! He admitted negligence, yet doesn't want to compensate us for our losses! I will be filing a bar complaint against him! He should be disbarred and lose his license to practice law for his incompetence! Maybe if he was doing is due diligence as the attorney for the estate instead of posting a "story" on his website about our family estate mess, we wouldn't have incurred the losses we did and have our mother's estate end up dragging on for over 2 years!!
