Big thank you to Mrs Kolyesnik -- very professional in handling a quite serious personal financial matter & it was very clear from the start that she had my best interest at heart throughout the event. I will be contacting this office in the future if necessary & very much so hope that this reaches the appropriate people @ the head of this firm & that Mrs Koylesnik is appropriately recognized for her support in my matter. Mrs Burkova, her assistant, is also very professional--as was the man who answered the phone @ reception several times whilst calling for an update. I do not remember his name--but my overall experience with this firm has been very positive.
