Anyone who needs to do their Estate Planning, I highly recommend: Emily Hicks, Attorney. She has prepared an easy to navigate binder which contains: Living Trust, Last Will and Testament, Powers of Attorney, and Healthcare Directives. We met with her 2 weeks ago and 2 weeks later we signed off on everything. Doing this keeps your assets out of probate and reminds you to add beneficiary info to your investments and bank accounts. All of this saves your relatives from added expense and waiting on assets to go through probate which takes months and makes your records public.
