I have used this office for multiple different immigration needs. I want to say that I am very impressed not only by the firm but also Julian himself. He is always available when I have questions. Everything is explained very well. I've made a previous review in the heat of the moment that's now changed but the review was about the front desk staff and not pertaining to the immigration process. I do feel the front desk people need to practice their customer service skills but everything else you are in good hands. However it is very hard to make a payment. The office staff says they will charge your card and they never do. Or they never give you a receipt it's a big fight and pain to make a payment to pay off your balance I'm agrarian stuff is 5 stars but 1 star for the office staff who answer phones they are gonna make me have a bad payment history when in reality it's their fault
