I received a traffic citation for careless driving in Broward County FL earlier this year in April 2025. Somera and Associates appeared at the first appearance and entered a not guilty plea on my behalf.
After appearing at the following court appearance in July, the ticket was dismissed based on prosecutor lack of evidence and witness appearance.
