Terrible law firm. Don't listen to all these fake reviews they paid for either. They wasted a year and a half of my time going to doctors, getting MRI's and missing work assuring my case would have a favorable outcome all just to drop my case. They look for low hanging fruit that settles through insurance negotiation and if your case needs to go to court (mine does) then they refer your case out to some crummy lawyer who doesn't care either. Rubenstein was notorious for: -ignoring messages -not giving clear expectations about the process -not being personable at all Felt like I was nothing but a number to them and when I shared some of these feelings with them of how disappointed I am in all of this, they just say "oh I understand but the decision has already been made" TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
