There's no doubt they are skilled attorneys--that's why I gave two stars. However, attorney-client communication is essential in situations like this, and that's where my experience fell short. Several months after signing the retainer paperwork (seven, almost eight months later), I received a call saying only one of my children would be represented, but then received a letter dated the very same day stating that neither would be represented. When I called for clarification, I was told the attorney may have changed his mind and that I would get a call back to clear up the conflicting information. No one ever followed up. Clear and consistent communication is critical when families are depending on legal guidance, and unfortunately, I did not receive that here.

-I had a car accident case with the Jose Negroni Group, the worst Attorney in my life, it took over 7 years and did not do a good job. -He held my check for almost 4 months after he received a check from the defender's side, although we had a medical bills agreement before settlement, however he still kept my check, after my Attorney called Jose Negroni Group office then he released my check. -Very poor customer service, after the case settled, I lost the original agreement, I contacted Jose Negroni Group a couple of times to I get the original agreement, however they refused to provide me with those documents. I will never use his service nor will I recommend as an attorney.

I recently had back-to-back car accidents not my fault. I wasn't sure what to do and I had a lot of questions and a lot of pain. A friend of mine had used Jose and suggested I give him a call. He answered all of my questions and now I'm set up with a good doctor. I was really scared, and I wasn't sure what to do and now I feel I have legal protection and direction.
