This place was there for me during a very difficult time after my car accident, just as I was preparing for an important meeting they decided to drop me. I called them back to get a clearer understanding, and I was told that he had no coverage, falsely claiming to have medical coverage, even though the driver owns a whole pool company. I am now representing myself. It was unprofessional to be left hanging in the middle of a case without any effort to see it through. Do not hire Morgan & Morgan if you are involved in a multiple-car accident. I was in one and was not at fault. I hired them right away, and at first, everything seemed fine -- we got the ball rolling quickly.
Then, just a few days ago, another person from the same accident (also not at fault) contacted them, and suddenly, we both got dropped. I had already started my doctor's appointments and now have no idea where I stand.
It's shocking and disappointing to be treated this way after going through so much already. My advice: don't hire them -- when you need help the most, they might just walk away. I lost precious time!
