When you are dealing with an issue you didn't expect, I have to say it was a pleasure to deal with the representatives at Moody, Jones & Ingino. I dealt with a couple representatives thru out but mostly Stacy & Frank (now retired-good for him) were great! They were always professional, helpful & understanding. I finally made my last payment... it was kinda bitter sweet though - happy to pay it off but sad not to talk to Stacy every month. She was always amazing & patient! This company was a debt collector on behalf of Ford Motor vehicles they were a class act I dealt with two of their representatives in the beginning, it was Robbin. Very nice woman. She helped me through the whole process in the very end. It was another woman named Stacy equally as nice. The company treated me very fair. I appreciate their help through the whole process.
