I recently sought guidance from Attorney Jacqueline Torres and came away genuinely disappointed. In my experience, the communication was slow, the level of engagement felt minimal, and the response I eventually received did not meaningfully address the issue I had raised. After several days of waiting, I was ultimately given what felt like a non-answer and then directed toward charity legal services, which was entirely inappropriate for my circumstances. As a working professional who pays for legal assistance and is fully capable of paying for additional services when needed, that referral came across as dismissive rather than helpful. The overall interaction left me feeling that my time and concerns were not taken seriously.

The customer service is not exactly through the roof. After asking a question that required a simple answer I was out on hold for 30 minutes. I called back a few minutes later and as soon as I started speaking they hung up on me. Heading to DSK Care Law instead! Would definitely recommend DSK when you have issues with Glantz. This organization is good for basic letter writing on simple issues, if you're coming in through a membership. Anything more convoluted, you're going to need a full scale law firm. For the price it's a fair deal.

For a somewhat larger firm they are very professional, organized, and were very attentive to my needs. I've hired them a few times in different business and personal matters and my attorney has always been knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Their professionalism and legal expertise has been essential to reaching a quick resolution in our legal matters. Highly recommended.
