John Bristol is absolutely amazing -- a true shark in his field. From start to finish, the entire law firm made a stressful situation feel manageable and less overwhelming. John's expertise, confidence, and professionalism gave me so much peace of mind throughout the process. I also have to highlight Samantha, who is truly outstanding. GARBAGE! Once they get paid, you're on your own! Samantha will NOT return your calls or emails, so don't count on that! And John Bristol, "stop emailing me". I was placed in what was told to me by Samantha in "non-collectible status" due to my temporary unemployment for 1 year. John claims, "there is no such thing as non-collectible status"....well, easy enough to simply Google to know that there absolutely IS A SUCH a status. Furthermore, after that time is up, you would think that the attorneys office whom you have hired would let you know what to do after that time was up. Nope! I received letters in the mail saying that my case was dismissed...What? So, of course I call Samantha while John is on vacation in Japan and I have to wait until he returns... I have to then pay JOHN $400 MORE to reinstate my case PLUS what apparently I was "behind" on. Wait, behind? What is the point in being placed in this status if I have to come up with $1500 RIGHT NOW or all of the work and payments I have made since 2022 is all for NOTHING! So, this is my true and personal experience with this office. I would look elsewhere for a bankruptcy "lawyer" if I were you....

Great from start to finish! Mr. John Bristol and his assistant Samantha are a great team! Awesome customer service, they are down to earth, and Mr. Bristol is straight forward with his services! He's a stand up guy and gets the job done! I never have an issue with getting in touch with him and most of the time Samantha has all the answers to your questions! You never walk away confused or unsure because they work so great together to make sure your business is taken care of and all your needs are met! The price for services is just right and to be honest, it doesn't get any better than this! Great work guys and this is the way clients are supposed to be treated!!

It was a pleasant experience, John is an excellent attorney , very knowledgeable and understanding through this process.
