Mr. Keith Wayne recently represented me in a situation of bankruptcy chapter 13 And also payment plan he did an excellent job and his assistant Marcella, which is very firm always accurate always answer the phone and always get back with you a timely matter however, my case was a difficult case, but he brought me up out of bankruptcy within months so instead of me being in a chapter 13, for years he represented me and negotiated with the other party, which we all agreed to a payment plan which is affordable. I would give him a 0 if I could ... He did nothing for my daughters case . I truly believe he is intimidated by women!! Told my daughter one thing on the phone then come the court date he never did what he said he would . DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!!

Don't waste your money this man will take your case and lie to you since day one. I had to have an evaluation done do to my narcissist husband and it took him 3 months to find out where I had to go, He's response was always that he couldn't contact the court in order to get me right information.He will loose your papers and make you fill them out again so he can charge you twice. He charged 3,500 hundred and never did a thing, took me to mediation and didn't even had the paper work that was needed he was a waste of time and money. He's had different paralegal's in the last month. Marcela is back to working at his office after all the complaints of him taking more cases than what he can handle.

Terrible lawyer, he does not fulfill what he offers, he does the work incomplete, or he does it poorly, so that you later pay for him to fix it, in court he does not take the complete case and tells you that you must pay more for something that he should have already had ready, but he asks for more, for the poorly done things that he does, or does not finish on time, his license should be revoked
