Charles S. White PA

Do not use Charles White for any legal work!!! We were referred to Charles by a local surveyor for work on subdividing our property. During the entire meeting he looked at me with a confused look on his face (I have an advanced degree, so I'm pretty sure I was talking clearly). When Charles pulled out a ruler, pencil and paper to plot my property instead of using the county's website, I knew he was not the attorney we needed. Finally, we called the surveyor who eventually set him straight and explained what we needed and why. We left the office and after 4-5 weeks of unreturned phone calls to tell him I did not want to retain him, we finally get a formal letter emailed to us. The letter was full of typos and misspelled words and basically told us everything I told him in our meeting. The letter ended with the Charles' assumption that he will do the title work once the surveyor is done. Why he couldn't just send a simple email speaks to Mr White's ineffiency. He wasted over one month of my time; provided nothing of value and held up the subdivision process. To make matters worse, we just got a bill for $798 for "services rendered". Stay clear!

Charles S. White is an amazing attorney who handled the title work for the sale and purchase of my condo as well as the purchase of my current home. Incredibly through, detailed and knowledgeable, if you need an attorney who will look out for your best interests, then Charles S. White is the best attorney you can find!

Compassionate, Professional and Informed...this is my summation of our attorney, Charles White. The office staff was helpful and caring. A great experience all around.

Very polite people, Very reasonable attorney, was a great experience, Olga and Linda we're great, my mom was in hospital and they even gave me a mobile notary that would come to hospital and bring any witnesses needed,witch was very handy,we had a original conference call, and Charles explained everything, so he took care or Mom's Will, heath care surragote, power of attorney,and was very reasonable, I have only a small experience, but so far would recommend them, he did a time share for my parents years ago, and asked mom later on if he could do thier Will's, very reasonable price, and they did not drag their feet, we had contacted others and got the run around, so they did not delay, they sped up the process

Not as advertised, no help at all, had one person answering the phone and is not familiar with the business and hung up the phone. This is not professional at all.
