Review for Mark Lee Smith PA: I called the office midweek and left a voicemail but never received a callback. On Friday, after work, I went in person and was met with a very rude front desk secretary. She refused to let me schedule an appointment, saying there were already people in the office. I understand that the lawyer may have been busy with appointments, but the front desk staff should still be available to help clients schedule their appointments, especially during office hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There was plenty of time for her to assist me, yet she didn't. The lack of professionalism and proper client service left me no choice but to go elsewhere for legal help. I will not be returning and would caution others about this experience.
