I hate that I have to go this far just to get their attention. I hired this firm to handle my expungement. However, I have not received any kind of communication since I paid the first half of the deposit. Not a email, a call, a letter, a voicemail- nothing. It has been 4 MONTHS!!!!! I have reached out in so many different ways and still nothing. Their communication is terrible. And it sucks because I don't even live in Florida anymore, so there's not much I can do from here. Even when Mr. Cromey was dealing with my case, it was terrible then. I constantly had to call his secretary for updates because I could never get it from him. I understand lawyers are busy with clients, but to not respond to emails from past months is unprofessional. To schedule a call meeting and then not call at all is also unprofessional. The ONLY reason why I stuck with them for my expungement is because his secretary said she would solely handle my expungement. To have clients who come to you and trust you to do your job, just to treat them like this is unprofessional. At this point forget the service, just give me my $250 back ....

IF YOU NEED A CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYER, JASON IS THE ONLY CHOICE! CASE WAS DISMISSED. They are all such great people with great personalities. They really fight for you and try their absolute best to do whatever they can in their power to make sure things are arranged in your best interest. Never been happier to have come across such great people in my lifetime. My life was completely upside down and they helped turn it around it anyways the possibly could.

Spoke to Jason about my case and could clearly tell he was an exceptional communicatator, had a vast knowledge of case law, and immediately thought of several additional angles which were possible. In my case I already had a lawyer and Jason was providing further details as a favor to a friend. He gave me an hour and 15 minutes of his time, I also don't see many other attorneys responding to each and ever client review, or giving another lawyers client time as a small favor, while he was on vacation. I think this speaks volumes to the character of this man and if I was in a different situation he would have been in my top 3. Take the time to engage and discuss your case with Jason. You will not be disappointed, it will be time we'll spent. I spoke to over 20 attorneys before picking mine, I'm not sure how I missed Jason and you shouldn't take a chance you'll miss the opportunity either.
