Greg Farrar and his team were absolutely incredible during multiple cases I hired them for. They were honest, loyal, dedicated and very hardworking. They responded promptly with great legal advice when needed. Greg and his team were always very well prepared heading into case hearing and mediation. The satisfied my needs and then some and most importantly got me my deserving time with my son I legally am entitled to. I would highly recommend Greg and his team for family law legal needs 100%! Thank you to Greg and his team for being incredible.

My sister hired this firm to represent her to help get a Final Judgment Set Aside among other issues in her case with the help of our family that was well communicated with Greg. He proclaimed that he would help with all of her matters. I even spoke with him & his support staff too about my sister's case but now refuse to speak with me to inquire as to why they have filed a Motion to Withdraw from her matter & have left numerous issues unresolved. I find it disgusting & disturbing of their lack of professionalism. Again, this firm was suppose to help her on "numerous" of matters. He waited nearly 3 months to file the "Motion" that he now proclaims he was "only" hired to do on her matter with the court after getting paid in advance. He received a letter from opposing counsel admitting they took too much money from my sister's 401k account & has sat on it too admitting it has gone unanswered. This issue too was another reason why he was hired. The office never answers the phone & they use their caseload as an excuse as to their poor performance. "Often citing that my sister is not their only client". How would that statement make you feel if you were a client of theirs? A deadline was missed by 4 days & the excuse of a security breach was used that nearly happened weeks prior to the Judge asking for a Briefing Order to be submitted, which was not disclosed in their Motion for Extension of Time even though the Court Clerk noted that the breach did not effect communication. One would think that if a security breach caused your firm to miss a deadline, it would have been well noted in their Motion for Extension of Time to the Judge. It seems to me to be another excuse to cover their shoddy work of missing important deadlines. Luckily, the Judge granted his extension; however, the brief submitted, wasn't in support to set a Final Judgment aside as the case cited was in opposition to their claim to set aside. It seems excuses is all this firm has & unwilling to refund my sister's money for their lack of being prepared. Blame shifting goes on here & no accountability. They claim they've used up all of her funds too. No invoice was ever supplied upon employment. They also failed to submit a document that the Judge asked to accompany the briefing Order, part (b) an Amended Final Judgment to include computations. They repeatedly asked for documents that was supplied numerous of times to them! I'd strongly encourage you to get my sister's Motion to Set Aside Final Judgment, their Brief to that Motion to Set aside & opposing counsel's response to their Brief from the Court in Escambia County (Brock Kennedy v. Amy Kennedy) as it should be a guiding light for anyone in need of an Attorney. This attorney will talk a big game to get hired it seems. He should have been very transparent about his "big" caseload as this excuse was given multiple of times to my sister & to me by Jennifer & Greg. Jennifer asked that I help with the writing of the Motion to Set Aside as their paralegal was out of the office due to an illness & being short staffed, then blatantly lied about it. I have legal experience, I drafted and submitted a Motion to them to help them with "their big caseload". I actually cited a great case in my Motion to Set Aside that wasn't even used in their brief. This firm cited a case that wasn't in even in support to set aside & opposing counsel noted that in his response & the Judge sided with opposing counsel. I'd actually have to agree with the Judge's ruling for their failure to submit case that supported their position to set aside & failed to respond to opposing counsel's response. All public record. It's an attorney's job to keep clients apprised of their case status, which is their fiduciary duty. An attorney should never half attempt to handle legal matters & wait months to get a result! Do your research & carefully read reviews of other clients as my comments & opinions are of the same of others, it seems.

I had a consultation in late June 2023 with firm explaining in great detail the many issues in my divorce case. He was well aware of having legal representation with a previous lawyer and how she did me and left me in Legal Limbo. Mr. Farrar was very apologetic and said she should not have done this and told me I definitely needed to file a bar complaint against her. I thought hiring him I was in better hands NOT WHAT HAPPEN AFTER MONEY WAS EXCHANGED! In July 2023 the firm was hired and GIVEN ALL documents needed to quickly file a response in my case. He knew child support guidelines were incorrect and said he'd address this along with my 401k being wrongfully taken by the opposing counsel in my divorce case when this attorney filed a wrong Q.D.R.O. The firm copied me on an email from the opposing counsel where he is even admitting the 401k issue and I was told they were going to draft up a response. The letter said he had 7 days to respond. I got a copy of their "drafted" response letter and had to ask them to fix some minor issues with it and it was good to go... weeks later, I never got a follow up and questioned if they actually had sent that letter. I was told the paralegal had been out to the office for 10 days because of an "illness" yet no emails went out to clients saying that they had staff absent and that if we need assistance during their absence to contact the other paralegal. When I called to follow up on the letter that was supposed to be sent, I got the excuse well my legal assistant has been out of the office for 10 days. (I still don't have a copy where they responded to the opposing counsel and likely, they did not) Mr. Farrar missed a briefing order after he filed a motion to set aside and vacate a final order. When the judge requested a briefing order, he missed the deadline. I had to check the docket and noticed it had been filed by the judge yet the firm was over 4 days from responding and likely would have been more had I not emailed to inquiry on the status. An email was sent back to me saying they were going to file an extension for more time and reaching out to the opposing counsel. This was very worrisome knowing this Judge has basically denied nearly everything in my case. They sent in an extension but never mentioned there was a security breach that they tried to shift blame their lateness on.. after doing my research the security breach happen way before he filed his extension for more time. Also, the clerk of court wrote that the security breach didn't effect cases or cases going forward, it was only a personal information breach. So the firm tried to shift blame for their lack of filing timely responses. They wouldn't answer phone calls and was notorious of sending emails forwarded without any information attached or explanation. I was told Mr. Farrar was handling all issues as it all was part of the reasons for asking the court to set aside a final order! He waited the very last day to file the briefing order and staff called me asking for the exact same information that was supplied to the firm from DAY ONE! Literally the same day they were to have this briefing order submitted to the court. When they finally send the draft to me, I questioned WHY was Mr. Farrar citing a case that was in opposition of what he was asking the Judge to do and in an email his legal staff to not worry about the legal language that it didn't have anything to do with my case! THAT WAS FAR FROM THR TRUTH AS THE OPPOSING COUNSEL's response to the brief was literally calling Mr. Farrar out on it and obviously the judge denied the motion resulting that I now have to hire an appeal lawyer. This firm missed telephone conferences and sent emails saying they would reschedule and never did. He missed part B to the briefing order as well. - I can't type more as I've exceeded googles limit but a bar complaint is forthcoming!!! Do not hire this firm!

This law firm is well handled and professional. I have had multiple attorneys on a long drawn out case and this law firm is definitely worth the money. He is well knowledgeable and handles my case with care. We had to end a court hearing and both attorneys had to put in a written closing argument and the other party put in a paragraph that took all of 5-10 minutes to type. Mr. Farrar put in a three page (if my memory serves me correct) well spoken argument with multiple case references. (Probably took a few hours)I am needing to rehire an attorney again on my family law case and I am choosing this law firm again. I highly recommend. It is costly but you get what you pay for with this attorney. Thank you!

I went through a very nasty divorce that drug on and on. Greg and everyone at the firm worked very hard. They protected me and stood fast through the whole ordeal. He gave encouragement and support and stayed true when most Lawyers would have quit. They at his firm made a horrible situation bearable. I so glad Greg was there to stand with me.
